Return Eligibility
- Items bought online at padlipickleball.com are eligible for a return within 30 days from the date your order was fulfilled to get a full refund, store credit, or to exchange for a different color or size. Orders made from November 10th to December 31st have an extended return deadline up until January 15th. Returns must be initiated by contacting us via our support email: yoursupport@padli.co. Please do not send back items without initiating the return process as they will not be accepted. All merchandise must be returned in the same condition as received, including all original tags, packaging, and accessories. For items damaged post-receipt, refer to our warranty policy. Items marked as "Final Sale" are not eligible for return or exchange. Returns failing to comply with our policy will be rejected and returned to the sender. A restocking fee may apply for returns (refer to the Full Refunds section below for more details)
- To start a return, email yoursupport@padli.co with your order number and the email address associated with your order. Follow the instructions provided to specify your reason for returning and your preferred return outcome (full refund, exchange, or store credit). After your return request is accepted, you will receive instructions on how to return your item(s), including a prepaid return label. Ensure you send your item(s) back to us within 14 days from initiating the return. Returns sent after this period will be cancelled.
- For those requesting a full refund, we will process your refund within 5 business days upon receiving your return. Please note, during the holiday season, processing may be delayed. Returns for orders made between November 10th and December 31st will be processed by January 15th. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method, excluding original shipping costs and a $6.00 handling fee for return shipping and restocking.
- Padli provides exchanges for different colors or sizes of the same product style and value. Pre-built gift sets are not eligible for exchange. To exchange an item, simply follow the return initiation steps and select the "exchange" option. Your exchange order will be dispatched within 2 business days after your return package is on its way, as verified by the carrier. Exchanges are not subject to a handling fee.
- Opt for store credit instead of a refund, and apply it to future purchases at padlipickleball.com. Returns for store credit will not incur a handling fee. However, the shipping cost for the original order is non-refundable.
